HAOUGER is proud to offer a range of its own graphene carbon film, including PU Conductive Carbon film, PE Conductive Carbon Film, PI Conductive Carbon Film, Conductive Carbon Film Coated with Silver, and Composite Conductive Carbon Film.
Our conductive carbon film is made of polymer superconducting nano-carbon black, graphene, additives and other mixed resins through a calendering process. The surface of the finished product is smooth and flat, the surface resistance is uniform and stable, and the double-sided conductivity is excellent. The material is soft, resistant to bending, acid and alkali solvents, oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and oxidation resistance, which makes the conductive carbon film have a longer service life, especially the PU conductive carbon film, whose service life can be as long as 15 years.
In addition, the new material graphene is added to our conductive film. Due to the high conductivity of graphene and the infrared ray suitable for human absorption, the conductive film is widely used in beauty, medical, and physiotherapy electrode products.
Our products can be customized in resistance, thickness, width and length according to different application requirements of customers. The conventional resistance range is 10-10E5 ohms. It can also be made into a single-sided conductive composite conductive carbon film to meet the requirements of different customers.
At the same time, our conductive carbon film is also widely used in electromagnetic shielding, pressure-sensitive circuits, flexible circuits, heating sheets, lithium battery insulation, heating and defogging and other electrothermal products.
Recently, we have developed a new conductive silver film according to the needs of the market. This silver film adopts a method of coating the whole surface with silver paste, which is different from traditional screen printing. The surface of the finished product is flat and the resistance is uniform and stable. It effectively avoids the discontinuity and uneven resistance of traditional screen printing. Once introduced to the market, it was warmly welcomed by electrode manufacturers at home and abroad.
