In order to meet the continuous needs of the market and consumers, we have recently developed a new type of conductive film - conductive silver film.
This silver film should be the first in the market at present.
It is coated with layers of high-purity oxidation-resistant silver on the surface of the PU carbon film, thereby reducing the surface resistance of the overall material. This coating process successfully solves the problems of the traditional silk screen printing process such as seam marks, uneven thickness, high cost, and low output, and brings the possibility of large-scale application of conductive silver film. This conductive film not only continues the original softness, smoothness and long service life of PU film.
And on the basis of high conductivity, it also inherits the soft and conformable performance of PU-based carbon film. In the mean time, the silver ions on the film also have the functions of physiotherapy, sterilization and antibacterial. It is a new and practical high-conductivity material.
This silver film has lower resistance than normal conductive film. We use the good conductivity of silver to adjust its resistance by adjusting the thickness of the coating.
