PU conductive carbon film is made of polymer superconducting nano carbon black, graphene, additives and other mixed resins through a calendering process. The surface of the finished film is smooth and flat, the resistance is uniform and stable, and the double-sided conduction performance is excellent. The material is soft and resistant to bending. Most importantly, it’s acid and alkali proof, oil proof, heat proof, cold proof and oxidation proof, which gives the film a over 15 years life span .In addition, the special requirements of waterproof, rust-proof, fire-proof and ductility of the material can be realized by adjusting the ratio of the base material.
